Presenting at PHYSOR 2026
Authors can check the presentation format assigned to each accepted paper directly in their personal profile, within the relevant paper entry.
Each paper has been selected by the Technical Programme Committee for one of the following formats:
- Technical Session oral presentation
- Poster Session
The Poster Session will take place on Tuesday, 21 April at 6:30 p.m.
Oral presentations
There is no mandatory template for oral presentations. Authors may prepare their slides freely.
Each oral talk has a total allotted time of 20 minutes including questions, so please consider a maximum of 15 minutes for your presentation.
Further logistical details on the presentation schedule will be available in the conference programme.
Poster presentations
There is no mandatory template for posters.
Posters must be prepared in A0 portrait format.
Authors are generally expected to arrive at the conference with their poster already printed.
Poster printing in Turin
For participants who are unable to print and carry their poster from their country of departure, we can suggest a digital print shop located very close to the Lingotto venue:
Imprinting SNC
Via Pietro Baiardi, 5/f, 10126 Torino TO, Italia
Email: info@imprintingsnc.it
The shop is familiar with these kinds of requests and can also interact in English.
Please note the following conditions:
- The poster file must be sent by email no later than Wednesday, 15 April.
- Once the file has been received, the shop can arrange printing directly with the author.
- The author will need to collect the printed poster personally and arrange payment directly with the print shop.
Any details regarding payment methods, printing costs, timings, or additional services must be agreed directly with the print shop.
Important note
This printing option is provided only as a helpful suggestion for participants.
The PHYSOR 2026 Organizing Committee is not involved in the printing service and does not manage orders, payments, delivery, or collection of posters.
