The Registration Fee includes:
- Access to the conference center and all technical sessions (badge at the entrance required)
- Coffee breaks (AM and PM Monday through Wednesday, AM on Thursday)
- Lunch (Monday, April 20th)
- Welcome Reception Dinner (Sunday, April 19th)
- Cocktail event at the Poster Session (Tuesday, April 21st)
- Conference Dinner Banquet (Wednesday, April 22nd)

NOTE: The One-day registration fee includes all technical sessions and social event of the day
The ENEN PhD Event registration grants access exclusively to the dedicated ENEN PhD Event room on Wednesday, April 22nd.
This registration includes the two coffee breaks scheduled on Wednesday, April 22nd and the Conference Dinner Banquet.
Additional tickets for the Conference Dinner Banquet may be purchased separately in addition to this registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds or cancellations will be issued after March 19th, 2026. Cancellations made before March 19th, 2026 (end of business day, CET time), are subject to a cancellation fee of €150 (plus VAT) Cancellation requests must be received in writing to payments@physor2026.org
